Vectric Cut2D PRO - The Single Solution Software

The Software
	Vectric Cut2D PRO is our 'Single Solution' software. You own it, and there are no hidden upgrades or add-ons. It does everything you need for plasma cutting. It's a full CAD/CAM solution. It designs parts, adds cut paths, nests, calculates tool paths, everything. All in one professional package. With Cut2D PRO, there is no other software program to learn. If needed, it can import Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Autocad, Corel Draw, Google Sketchup and Inkscape drawing files. It can import and trace selected vectors as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Autocad, Corel Draw and Inkscape files. You can install it on three computers, which means you can easily design parts in the comfort of your office, at home, or on the go. Cut2D PRO Features
	The CAD (Computer Aided Design) part of the program is primarily for designing your part. It allows you to:
		Sketch or draw custom parts from scratch
		Unlimited job or drawing szie
		Work in imperial or metric units
		Import drawings from other programs (DWG, DXF, EPS, AI, PDF, SVG)
		Import pictures or images from the internet or scanner (BMP, JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF)
		Export drawings as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Autocad, Corel Draw and Inkscape files
		Modify them as necessary
		Duplicate parts or pieces of your drawing
		Rotate parts or pieces
		The 'Smart Snapping' feature makes drawing a lot easier
		Insert guidelines to assist in drawing your part
		Activate a grid to assist in drawing your part
		Convert between lines, arcs, or bezier curves
		Create and modify text
		Add shapes, lines, circles or textures
		Can add dimension labels to your drawings
		Trim drawings
		Group or ungroup objects
		Create multiple layers, which makes creating separate cut paths much easier
		Nest or create duplicate copies of parts. It automatically rotates parts and (if there's room) fit one inside another in order to fit the most amount of parts into the smallest sheet of material
		The Vector Validator searches and fixes gaps, overlaps, duplicate lines etc
		The Join Open Vectors tool automatically closes gaps between lines. Especially useful when fixing .dxf drawings from the internet which may not have been drawn properly

	The CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) part of the program allows you to add cut paths to the objects you designed in CAD. You can:
		Make fully customizable cut paths
		Designate cut speeds
		Designate a start point anywhere on the part you would like
		Add lead-in and lead-out lines
		Add customized overcut distance between the lead-in and lead-out lines
		Designate the cut sequence in any order you would like
		Cut oversize parts (parts bigger than your table) with the tiling function
		Use the Toolpath Preview function to simulate the parts being cut from the material
		Create job setup sheets detailing run time, preview of graphic etc. Extremely helpful for estimating job costs
		Save and export cut paths to USB stick. This can then be inserted into the plasma control panel, which reads the files directly, with no modifications necessary
